- Passport copy (At least 6mths remaining until expiry)
- 2 passport photo (jpg photos that will be used on your new passport)
- Police clearance (Not older than 6mths, also must have notary signature)
- Medical document (from local doctor to say you are in good health)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Employment certificate (If employed)
- Bank statement (showing your name)
- Original Address (e.g. Utilities bill showing your name & address)
- Company document ( if you have company or business)
